City of Pamplona

Pamplona is famous because of the Running of the Bulls Festival. Nevertheless, its history goes back more than 2000 years, back to the Roman era. It was founded as a Roman settlement, and since then, Pamplona has seen the Gothic, the Basques, the Muslims and the French leave their footprints here. Pamplona is a jewel for history and ancient architecture lovers.

During our tour we will discover the three original towns that became today´s Pamplona. We will follow in the footsteps of St James’s, on the famous “Camino” or “St. James’s way”, we will also discover Ernest Hemingway´s favourite spots in the city.
